About me

I am an experienced consultant and have been working in the food business for over 10 years. I believe in maintaining a constructive, open mindset thereby maximazing your human capital and innovation capacity. You can expect someone that is determined to solve your ploblems and analyze its root-cause.

Who am I and what drives me?

The abundance of traditional Dutch farmhouse dairy products on our family dinner table ignited my curiosity and interest in food products. The huge variation in flavour and texture was something that amazed me and is still a source of inspiration.

In 2011 I graduated from the Wageningen University (M.Sc Food Biotechnology) and started my career. Over 10 years I have worked in different disciplines (development, production and R&D management) and different fields; dairy, seasonings and sauces, plantbased- (dairy)products. Throughout these years I have learned to understand and achieve the goals of various stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Directors, Operators). My desire to understand how things work allows me to dig deep, go for the "root cause" and deliver upon your goals. I have developed a strong working ethic and have proven capabilities to multi-task and work under pressure.

I am located in Finland after moving there from the Netherlands and I am open to projects throughout Europe.
